Meet Gloria Robinson, she/her

Gloria Robinson, a trainer/consultant, social worker, and administrator with more than 25 years of experience. She earned a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Administration from the University of Connecticut and an advanced training certificate in Cultural Competency in Human Services from the Multicultural Training and Research Institute at Temple University.

Gloria served as the founding executive director for the Connecticut Multicultural Leadership Institute (MLI), a statewide nonprofit with a mission to support organizations and institutions in addressing cultural diversity/cultural competency issues. Her work experience includes designing and delivering training that addresses social justice issues and facilitating workshops that promote cross cultural understanding and social change. She has skills in organizational assessment, staff and leadership development and strategic planning at the community, local, and state government level.
