Meet Jill Snyder, she/her

Story Artist

Jill Snyder is a Hamden resident. She is the award-winning author of Dear Mary, Dear Luther: A Courtship in Letters. Her book is a story of love, family, African American history and racism.

Jill is a graduate of the University of CT and has an M.A in Communication from Fairfield University. In 2018, she retired from a 42-year corporate career and is now devoting her time to encouraging others to research and share their family’s stories.
